Client was seeking a coating system to reduce corrosion, improve efficiency of the cooling fans, and provide long term color and gloss retention. SPI Coatings systems RUST GRIP, SUPER THERM, and ENAMO GRIP were sole specified on dozens of heaters across multiple states and facilities.

2 coats of RUST GRIP each coat @ 4 mils DFT

1 coat of SUPER THERM @ 12 mils DFT

1 coat of ENAMO GRIP @ 4 mils DFT

The new coating system resists corrosion development while keeping the metal cool thus improving efficiency of the coolers.
